This free, 4-hour training equips parents, family members, and caregivers with practical tools to understand behavior, create supportive environments, use reinforcement strategies, de-escalate tense situations, and develop a family safety plan. Open to community members aged 16 and older, the course provides a lifetime certification. Whether you live with or assist individuals with behavioral, emotional, developmental, or psychiatric disorders—or work for LifeWays or its provider network—this training is designed to help you create a safer, more supportive environment.
